CHEROKEE COUNTY GOP Executive Committee Meeting

Good evening,

This is a 5-day notice for an emergency meeting of the Cherokee County
NCGOP Executive Committee. The sole purpose of this meeting is to vote
on a chair for the Cherokee County Board of Elections Committee.

 Date: Monday, April 7, 2025
 Location: Mariolino's Italian Restaurant, 1164 US-64
 Dinner (optional): Arrive by 5:30 PM if you'd like to eat
 Meeting Start Time: 6:00 PM sharp

Per the Plan of Organization, the EC can call an emergency meeting
with proper notice and good cause to shorten the time frame. I was
just notified today that the Cherokee County NCGOP EC must appoint a
Board of Elections chair by Tuesday, April 8th, which is why this meeting is
necessary.

This meeting is strictly for the Executive Committee to conduct
business—there will be no public comment period. Public comment is
reserved for general membership meetings. That said, Precinct Chairs
are encouraged to attend.
